Just real quick post here.
I just made a run to the local video store and was stunned to see how much more horror flicks are scattering the shelves to the point that it seems like “normal” movies, clean and entertaining ones are becoming a minority. I was genuinely disturbed by the covers of these DVD’s cases and by some of the titles as well. The worst of them being a movie called “Prolife” with a gruesome picture of a very terrifying demon-like “baby” in the womb. I felt like I was playing the game where you try not to look at all the billboards as you drive into Chicago on 294 by O’hare, but you just can’t keep your eyes from going back up to those obnoxious billboards.
And maybe I am just getting old.
